If you’ve ever seen the movie “My Big Fat Greek Wedding”, you would have an insight into the Maino Family. It provided laughter, stitches and insight!
If I could give one definition on my role of being a mother, it would be: To guide your children to be the best (insert child’s name here) they can be! If a mother can achieve to create comfort and confidence in each child as they are, they are ready to face anything in life!
As a mother, do you every wonder if your thoughts are different? Do you gauge your ability by others you see? Do you ever question what you’ve lived? Do you strive to create more for your children….really strive? Do you make mistakes? Are you challenged by expectations, hopes, knowledge and lack of experience? When you look at your children, even the pale photographic images of them, do you feel every cell housed within the sensitive exterior of your frail human skin sparked with the electricity of love, want, need and pride? Do you fear the emptiness of a home once filled with spirit now echoing with the sounds of yesterday? Wow….me too!
This is a place for Mother’s like you who are searching for a little more direction from actual experience. Primarily if you are the Mother of girls! I look forward to our conversations, your questions and meeting in person.
